Regular Season Round 10: Osaka E. - Hokkaido L. 60-69

We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when one of their biggest challengers Osaka E. (5-4) lost at home to fourth ranked Hokkaido L. (6-4) 69-60 on Sunday. Hokkaido L. looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Quite impressive performance for American forward Kennedy Meeks (208-95, college: UNC) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds. Canadian-Italian power forward Marc Trasolini (206-90, college: Santa Clara) contributed with 8 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Hokkaido L.'s coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American forward Josh Harrellson (208-89, college: Kentucky) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds and American-North Macedonian center Richard Hendrix (203-86, college: Alabama) added 11 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Osaka E.Hokkaido L. maintains fourth position with 6-4 record which they share with defeated Osaka E. Loser Osaka E. dropped to the fourth place with four games lost. Hokkaido L. will have a break next round. Osaka E. will play on the road against San-en NeoPhoenix (#6) in Hamamatsu and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
