Regular Season Round 6: BK Pardubice - Usti n/Labem 67-65

The most exciting game of round 6 in the NBL took place in Pardubice. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 6th ranked Usti n/Labem (3-3) to eighth ranked BK Pardubice (4-2) 67-65 on Wednesday evening. Croatian forward Ozren Pavlovic (203-94, college: Hawaii) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Michal Sotnar (187-92) replied with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and Ladislav Pecka (197-91) added 8 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Usti n/Labem. Usti n/Labem's coach Antonin Pistecky rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. BK Pardubice moved-up to third place, which they share with BK Decin and Svitavy. Usti n/Labem lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with three games lost. They share it with BK Olomoucko. BK Pardubice is looking forward to face USK Praha (#6) on the road in the next round. Usti n/Labem will play against Svitavy and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
