Regular Season Round 12: Toronto R. - Milwaukee B. 105-115

An exciting game was played in Toronto. First ranked Bucks faced one of their biggest challengers Raptors. Guests from Milwaukee (4-2) defeated host Raptors (4-2) 115-105. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Raptors. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Bucks made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Bucks made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was Greek-Nigerian swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo (211-94, agency: Octagon Europe) who had a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 15 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 blocks. Point guard Eric Bledsoe (185-89, college: Kentucky) chipped in 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Kyle Lowry (183-86, college: Villanova) who recorded 36 points (!!!) and 6 assists (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) and point guard Fred VanVleet (183-94, college: Wichita St.) added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists respectively. Four Bucks and five Raptors players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Bucks maintains first position with 4-2 record, which they share with 5 other teams including defeated Raptors.
