Very significant was Clippers' (#3, 7-3) victory against second-best Raptors (7-3) 98-88. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Raptors. It was a key game for the top position in the league. They outrebounded Raptors 66-38 including a 20-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Clippers looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Clippers made 7 blocks. The best for the losing side was Cameroonian forward Pascal Siakam (206-94, college: N.Mexico St.) with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists and point guard Fred VanVleet (183-94, college: Wichita St.) scored 14 points and 8 assists.
