The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Osaka E. (10-5) in Nagoya on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by fourth ranked Diamond Dolphins (9-7) 83-73. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Osaka E.. Diamond Dolphins looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Hilton Armstrong (210-84, college: Connecticut) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 12 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international guard Shuto Ando (189-94) contributed with 23 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Diamond Dolphins players scored in double figures. American forward Josh Harrellson (208-89, college: Kentucky) replied with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 13 rebounds and his fellow American import power forward Sean OMara (208-95, college: Xavier, agency: Inception Sports) added 13 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Osaka E.Diamond Dolphins moved-up to third place, which they share with Chiba J. Osaka E. at the other side still keeps top position with five games lost. They share it with Ryukyu GK. Diamond Dolphins is looking forward to face league's leader Tochigi B. on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Osaka E. will play against Kyoto H. and is hoping to win this game.
