Fast Break cruised past Piratas to ensure the championship series berth. Fast Break had a 19-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Dominican guard Oscar Cabrera (193-95, college: Daytona St. CC) stepped up and scored 26 points for the winners and T Cobos chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. Rafael Gomez (-85) responded with 13 points and 9 rebounds and Venezuelan guard Yohanner Sifontes (192-95) scored 12 points. Four Piratas players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
