We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when eighth ranked Sokol Vyseh. (4-6) beat on the road 7th ranked Loko Plzen (4-7) 79-70 on Friday. It was a great evening for guard Krystof Mach (186-97) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points and 6 rebounds. Power forward Miroslav Vecera (195-97) helped adding 17 points and 6 rebounds. Four Sokol Vyseh. players scored in double figures. Point guard Vaclav Honomichl (186-92) responded with 27 points and 5 rebounds and forward Martin David (195-97) scored 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Loko Plzen's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Sokol Vyseh. moved-up to seventh place in West. Loko Plzen lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with seven games lost. Sokol Vyseh. will face higher ranked Slavoj Litom. (#5) in Litomerice in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Loko Plzen will play on the road against Sokol Prazky in Praha and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
