Regular Season Round 7: Sloboda NS U19 - Borac U19 60-80

The most shocking disappointment of round 7 in the JLS was a home defeat of 6th ranked Sloboda NS U19 (3-4) by eighth ranked Borac U19 (4-3) who outscored them by 20 points 80-60. Borac U19 forced 21 Sloboda NS U19 turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Borac U19 made 8 blocks. It was a great evening for guard Bosko Bumbic (191-1) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points and 4 steals. Matija Tutunovic (-1) helped adding 12 points and 6 rebounds. At the losing side Uros Banjac (-1) responded with 16 points and 5 rebounds and Nemanja Blazic (-1) scored 11 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Borac U19 moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Radnicki U19. Sloboda NS U19 at the other side dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. They share it with Dinamik U19 and Konstantin U19. Borac U19 is looking forward to face higher ranked Crvena Zv. U19 (#4) in Beograd in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Sloboda NS U19 will play at home against Radnicki U19 and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
