Guard Christian James (193-96, college: Oklahoma) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Giovanni De-Nicolao (190-96, college: UTSA) contributed with 15 points and 4 assists for the winners. Guard Elijah Brown (193-95, college: Oregon) answered with 32 points and forward Jalen Cannon (198-93, college: St.Francis, NY) added 17 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Zeus NPC Rieti. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Fortitudo AGR moved-up to third place in A2. Loser Zeus NPC Rieti dropped to the sixth position with five games lost. Fortitudo AGR will face SS Napoli (#9) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Zeus NPC Rieti will play against 2B Control TR in Trapani and hope to win that game.
