Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Palermo GB (7-3) won against at home 10th ranked Lucca (4-6) 95-77 on Sunday. Palermo GB shot 26 for 36 from the free-throw line, while Lucca only scored eight points from the stripe. Lucca was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was guard Luca Pollone (195-97, agency: Players Group) who scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. Point guard Tommaso Tempestini (180-87) chipped in 9 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Palermo GB's coach Giovanni Bassi used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Naturalized Argentinian guard Sebastian Vico (190-86, agency: Players Group) produced 16 points and 4 assists and Andrea Del-Debbio (195-99) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Five Lucca players scored in double figures. Palermo GB moved-up to fourth place in B. Newly promoted Lucca keeps the tenth position with six games lost.
