Regular Season Round 12: AZS AGH KR - Jaworzno 90-62

There was no surprise in Krakow where 5th ranked Jaworzno (6-5) was outplayed by second ranked AZS AGH KR (10-1) 90-62 on Saturday. AZS AGH KR looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Jaworzno was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Jakub Czyz (205-95) who helped to win the game recording 13 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Kamil Wojciak (193-85) who added 14 points during the contest. Five AZS AGH KR players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Sebastian Dusilo (198-92) with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds and Pawel Bogdanowicz (197-87) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. AZS AGH KR have an impressive six-game winning streak. They keep a position of Group C leader, which they share with Wisla Krakow. Loser Jaworzno keeps the fifth place with five games lost. AZS AGH KR will face MKS DG 2 (#3) in Dabrowa Gornicza in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Jaworzno will play at home against Bielsko-Biala and hope to win that game.
