The game in Prostejov was also worth to mention about. 5th ranked Snakes (7-5) played at the court of seventh ranked Orli (6-6). Orli managed to secure a 7-point victory 91-84. Orli forced 23 Snakes turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. The best player for the winners was Matous Pelikan (196-1) who scored 25 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Tomas Jansa (186-2) chipped in 20 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Orli's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Forward Jan Micka (201) produced a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!) and 19 rebounds and Jakub Kotala (191-1) added 13 points respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Orli maintains seventh place with 6-6 record. Snakes at the other side keep the fifth position with five games lost. Orli's next round opponent will be again higher ranked Snakes (#6) in Ostrava and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
