Regular Season Round 16: BC Lulea - Norrkoping 95-87

Date: December 9, 2019
No shocking result in a game when second ranked BC Lulea (12-3) beat at home 6th ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (6-8) 95-87 on Monday. Norrkoping Dolphins were tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. It was a very good performance for American guard Brandon Rozzell (188-89, college: VCU) who helped to win the game recording 27 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import guard Quinton Upshur (196-93, college: NAU) contributed with 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American guard Jeril Taylor (193-94, college: S.Indiana) replied with 26 points and 4 steals and the former international Anton Saks (201-89, agency: Interperformances) added 14 points in the effort for Norrkoping Dolphins. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BC Lulea have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 12-3 record having just one point less than leader Koping Stars. Loser Norrkoping Dolphins keep the sixth place with eight games lost. BC Lulea will face Boras Basket (#3) on the road in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Norrkoping Dolphins will play against Djurgarden and hope to win that game.
