An interesting game for Dragonflies (21-5) which played road game in Gunma against their biggest opponent Gunma (16-9). First ranked Dragonflies managed to get a 4-point victory 85-81. Dragonflies looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. It was a very good performance for American forward Thomas Kennedy (201-87, college: Detroit Mercy) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Venezuelan center Gregory Echenique (206-90, college: Creighton, agency: Pensack Sports) contributed with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. American center Garrett Stutz (214-90, college: Wichita St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists and Hungarian-American Rosco Allen (208-93, college: Stanford, agency: Pensack Sports) added 19 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Gunma. Gunma's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Dragonflies maintains first place with 21-5 record. Loser Gunma keeps the second position with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
