NBA top team - Lakers (24-3) added another victory to their record. This time they beat fifth ranked Hawks (6-21) in Atlanta 101-96. Lakers dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Hawks' 38. Lakers forced 19 Hawks turnovers and outrebounded them 56-42 including 43 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists.
