B2 League top team - Shinshu BW (19-5) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed sixth ranked Fukuoka R. (7-19) in Nagano 82-44. American center Wayne Marshall (211-86, college: Temple) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds. The other American import Anthony McHenry (202-83, college: Georgia Tech) contributed with 15 points and 6 assists for the winners. Point guard Satoshi Ishitani (177-85) replied with 15 points and Spanish center David Doblas (209-81) added 10 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Fukuoka R.The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Shinshu BW have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 19-5 record. Fukuoka R. lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 19 games lost.
