Rather expected game when 5th ranked Yokohama BC (7-18) lost at home to third ranked Aishin Sea Horses (9-17) 81-67 on Sunday. Aishin Sea Horses looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The former international center JR Sakuragi (206-76, college: UCLA) orchestrated the victory by scoring 7 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. American-Bulgarian power forward Cedric Simmons (206-86, college: NC State) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Four Aishin Sea Horses players scored in double figures. American forward James Southerland (203-90, college: Syracuse) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds and Turkish center Reginald Becton (206-91) added 17 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Yokohama BC.
