It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Haukar. The game was mostly controlled by Skallagrimur. Haukar managed to win fourth quarter 18-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Skallagrimur moved-up to fourth place, which they share with defeated Haukar. Skallagrimur will meet at home bottom-ranked Grindavik (#8) in the next round. Haukar will play against Keflavik (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
