The game between closely ranked teams ended with 3rd ranked Thunder's (23-18) home loss to second ranked Raptors (26-14) 121-130 on Wednesday. Raptors dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Thunder's 54. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 55.6 percentage. Raptors looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists. The best player for the winners was British forward OG Anunoby (201-97, college: Indiana) who scored 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Cameroonian forward Pascal Siakam (206-94, college: N.Mexico St.) chipped in 21 points and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was German-Gambian point guard Dennis Schroeder (181-93) who recorded 25 points and 6 assists and Canadian point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (198-98, college: Kentucky) added 21 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) respectively. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Thunder's coach gave the chance to play for twelve players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Houston R. Loser Thunder keeps the third place with 18 games lost.
