No shocking result in a game in Shanghai where eighth ranked Brave Dragons (17-11) defeated 16th ranked Sharks (8-20) 116-107 on Thursday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Brave Dragons made 7 blocks. Sharks were plagued by 32 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American Jamaal Franklin (196-91, college: San Diego St., agency: Slash Sports) who scored 35 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 8 assists. His fellow American import forward Eric Moreland (208-91, college: Oregon St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Ray McCallum (190-91, college: Detroit Mercy, agency: Wasserman) who recorded 24 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and the former international power forward Hanlin Dong (208-91) added 14 points and 11 rebounds respectively.
