Jeep ELITE ProA top team - Monaco (17-2) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat tenth ranked Pau-Lacq-Orthez (8-11) 89-76. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Pau-Lacq-Orthez. Monaco shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. Worth to mention a quality performance of American-Bulgarian point guard Dee Bost (188-89, college: Mississippi St.) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and international Yakuba Ouattara (192-92, agency: BeoBasket) who added 13 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. American point guard Justin Dentmon (183-85, college: Washington, agency: Slash Sports) responded with 16 points and 4 assists and his fellow American import point guard Ronald Moore (183-88, college: Siena) scored 13 points and 8 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Monaco have an impressive 12-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 17-2 record, which they share with ASVEL. Pau-Lacq-Orthez at the other side dropped to the ninth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Limoges and Strasbourg. Monaco is looking forward to face Levallois (#4) on the road in the next round. Pau-Lacq-Orthez will play against Chalons-Reims (#12) and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
