There was a minor upset when 11th ranked Mannheim (6-10) was rolled over on the road by fourteenth ranked Kronberg (5-11) 92-62 on Saturday. Kronberg made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Mannheim turnovers. Mannheim was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American point guard Kewan Beebe (183-93, college: Geneseo St.) fired 21 points and 4 assists for the winners. Guard Tim Steiner (186-92) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. Four Kronberg players scored in double figures. Swingman Alexander Kuhn (198-92) produced 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and Tobias Faller added 18 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Mannheim's coach gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Kronberg maintains fourteenth position in South-West with 5-11 record.
