The game in Ostersund was also quite interesting. Leader KFUM Uppsala (11-0) played at the court of 5th ranked Jamtland 2 (6-6). KFUM Uppsala did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 88-71 on Sunday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Jamtland 2. The game was mostly controlled by KFUM Uppsala. Jamtland 2 was better in third quarter 28-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when KFUM Uppsala won last quarter 27-11. They also forced 19 Jamtland 2 turnovers. Guard Samuel-Eliasson Godonou (185-93) stepped up and scored 21 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners and naturalized Greek point guard Mannos Nakos (179-88) chipped in 14 points and 8 assists. Four KFUM Uppsala players scored in double figures. At the losing side Felix Vall responded with 16 points and 5 rebounds and forward Olle Stumer (203-0) scored 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Jamtland 2's coach tested twelve players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the eleventh consecutive win for KFUM Uppsala. They maintain second place in North with 11-0 record behind leader Ockelbo. Loser Jamtland 2 keeps the fifth position with six games lost. KFUM Uppsala will face league's leader Ockelbo on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Jamtland 2 will play against Lulea S. (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
