An interesting game for Elchingen (15-2) which hosted in Elchingen 3rd placed Coburg (10-6). First ranked Elchingen had an easy win 87-65. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Coburg. Elchingen had a 31-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. Elchingen have an impressive series of twelve victories in a row. They maintain first place in South with 15-2 record. Loser Coburg keeps the third position with six games lost. Elchingen will meet Speyer (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Coburg will play against the league's second-placed Wuerzburg (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
