Regular Season Round 31: Okayama - Tokyo CR 73-91

An interesting game took place in Okayama where 7th ranked Okayama (15-15) was upset on its own court by tenth ranked Tokyo CR (10-22) 91-73. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Okayama. They outrebounded Okayama 44-33 including a 37-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Tokyo CR players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Michael Craig (196-91, college: S.Mississippi) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 31 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). Center Joshua Crawford (211-88, college: Indiana St.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Forward Terrance King (198-90, college: E.Stroudsburg) answered with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds and forward Jeffrey Parmer (203-85, college: FAU) added 16 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Okayama. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Tokyo CR maintains tenth place with 10-22 record. Newly promoted Okayama keeps the seventh position with 15 games lost. Tokyo CR will have a break next round.
