The game with biggest result difference took place in Roanne. Local Chorale de Roanne (7-13) beat 16th ranked Chalon/Saor (6-14) 108-94. Chorale de Roanne players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Ian Miller (190-91, college: FSU) nailed 36 points (!!!) and 7 assists for the winning side and forward Brice Johnson (206-94, college: UNC) accounted for 21 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Chorale de Roanne's next round opponent will be higher ranked JSF Nanterre (#7) on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Chalon/Saor will play against Le Mans (#8) and hope to win that game.
