Bottom-ranked Ankara B. managed to get a third victory, breaking the series of two consecutive losses. This time newly promoted Ankara B. won against twelfth-ranked Yalova Bld 73-61. Americans were the main players on the court. Guard Desi Washington (188-92, college: St.Peter's) nailed 27 points and 6 assists for the winning side and center Terrell Carter-II (208, college: Fresno St., agency: Haylett Sports) accounted for 9 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Shaquille Goodwin (206-94, college: Memphis) came up with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 19 rebounds and point guard Keshun Sherrill (175-94, college: Augusta, agency: Interperformances) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Yalova Bld in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Ankara B. (3-14) moved-up to fifteenth place, which they share with Samsun. Yalova Bld at the other side keeps the twelfth position with ten games lost. Ankara B. will play against league's leader Socar Petkim at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Yalova Bld will play against Merkezefendi (#3) and will have a slim chance for a victory.
