Regular Season Round 22: Chalon - Le Mans 84-83

A very close game took place in Chalon between Chalon/Saor and Le Mans. Seventeenth ranked Chalon/Saor (7-14) got a very close home victory over higher ranked Le Mans (10-11). Chalon/Saor managed to escape with a 1-point win 84-83 on Saturday evening. Le Mans' coach Dounia Issa rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Chalon/Saor moved-up to fourteenth place, which they share with Roanne. Loser Le Mans keeps the eighth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Limoges. Chalon/Saor will meet Boulazac Basket (#17) on the road in the next round. Le Mans will play against Le Portel (#18) and hope to secure a win.
