Neptunas-Akv. (#4) was upset in Sakiai by Vytis 93-86. They made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Vytis players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. The former international center Darjus Lavrinovic (212-79) notched 23 points and 5 rebounds to lead the effort and center Aurelijus Pukelis (205-94) supported him with 24 points (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Four Vytis players scored in double figures. Even 21 points and 6 rebounds by center Vytautas Sarakauskas (204-82) did not help to save the game for Neptunas-Akv.. Klaidas Metrikis (204-0) added 17 points and 5 rebounds for the guests. Neptunas-Akv.'s coach Tomas Gaidamavicius rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Vytis will play against Suduva-Mantinga in Marijampole in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Neptunas-Akv. will play on the road against Delikatesas in Joniskis and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
