Very expected game when 5th ranked Yokohama BC (9-25) lost at home to first ranked Osaka E. (23-11) 92-85 on Sunday. Osaka E. dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Yokohama BC's 38. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American forward Josh Harrellson (208-89, college: Kentucky) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!), 19 rebounds and 4 assists. American-North Macedonian center Richard Hendrix (203-86, college: Alabama) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. American forward James Southerland (203-90, college: Syracuse) answered with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and Turkish center Reginald Becton (206-91) added 19 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Yokohama BC. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Yokohama BC's coach Thomas Wisman gave the chance to play for eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Osaka E. maintains first place with 23-11 record. Loser Yokohama BC keeps the fifth position with 25 games lost. Osaka E. will face Akita Happinets (#5) at home in the next round.
