Regular Season Round 102: Milwaukee B. - Phoenix Suns 129-108

Date: February 2, 2020
An exciting game was played in Milwaukee. First ranked Bucks faced 3rd ranked Suns. Host Bucks (42-7) smashed guests from Phoenix (20-29) 129-108. Bucks looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Bucks made 13 blocks. Greek-Nigerian swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo (211-94, agency: Octagon Europe) had a double-double by scoring 30 points, 19 rebounds and 9 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Khris Middleton (203-91, college: Texas A&M) chipped in 25 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was Devin Booker (198-96, college: Kentucky) with 32 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and Bahamas center DeAndre Ayton (216-98, college: Arizona) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds. Four Bucks and five Suns players scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bucks maintains first position with 42-7 record. Loser Suns keep the third place with 29 games lost. Bucks will have a break next day, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Suns will play against Nets in Brooklyn and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
