Regular Season Round 10: Berlin T. - Dresden T. 66-46

There was a change at the NBBL leadership position after last games. Round 10 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Dresden T. (7-3). They were crushed by second ranked Berlin T. (8-2) 66-46 on Sunday night. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Dresden T.. It was a key game for the top position in B North-East. Bela Wenczel (195-1) scored 13 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Albert Draegerdt (201-1) chipped in 11 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side point guard Marc Friederici (187-1) responded with 17 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Paul Gruenheid (185-3) scored 9 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Berlin T. have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They keep a position of B North-East leader. Dresden T. at the other side dropped to the second place with three games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Ludwigsburg BBA. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
