An interesting game for Rockets (32-18) which hosted in Houston 4th ranked Hornets (16-35). First ranked Rockets had an easy win 125-110. They made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. Strangely Hornets outrebounded Rockets 53-41 including 41 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. James Harden (196-89, college: ASU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 40 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 12 assists. Guard Danuel House (201-93, college: Texas A&M) contributed with 22 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Swingman Miles Bridges (201-98, college: Michigan St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds and point guard Devonte Graham (187-95, college: Kansas) added 16 points and 10 assists in the effort for Hornets. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Rockets have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 32-18 record. Hornets lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with 35 games lost.
