An interesting game for USK Praha (16-0) which hosted in Praha 3rd ranked KP Brno (12-4). Top-ranked USK Praha had an easy win 95-52. USK Praha dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to KP Brno's 28. USK Praha forced 31 KP Brno turnovers and outrebounded them 50-32 including a 24-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by KP Brno's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Alyssa Thomas (188-92, college: Maryland) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals. The other American import center Brionna Jones (190-95, college: Maryland) contributed with 23 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Dutch forward Chatilla Van-Grinsven (190-91, college: St.Joseph's) replied with 9 points and 7 rebounds and international point guard Gabriela Andelova (173-96) added 4 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for KP Brno. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. USK Praha have an impressive 16-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 16-0 record. KP Brno at the other side keeps the third place with four games lost. USK Praha's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Praha to the arena Slavia.
