Very expected game when 7th ranked Adelaide 36ers (12-16) lost on the road to second ranked Perth Wildcats (19-9) 94-79. Perth Wildcats brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. International power forward Nick Kay (206-92, college: MSU Denver) fired 23 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American power forward Miles Plumlee (211-88, college: Duke) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. The former international power forward Daniel Johnson (212-88, college: Pepperdine) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and international center Harrison Froling (211-98, college: Marquette) added 11 points and 11 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Perth Wildcats have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 19-9 record behind leader Kings.
