There was no surprise in Oakland where 5th ranked Warriors (12-44) were crushed by first ranked Rockets (35-20) 135-105 on Thursday. Rockets made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game. They also forced 21 Warriors turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 25 long-distance shots on high 51.0 percentage. Rockets looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Rockets made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was James Harden (196-89, college: ASU) who had a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 assists. Point guard Russell Westbrook (190-88, college: UCLA) chipped in a double-double by scoring 21 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Canadian guard Andrew Wiggins (203-95, college: Kansas) who recorded 22 points and guard Jordan Poole (193-99, college: Michigan) added 19 points respectively.
