There was a minor upset in Diedorf where 4th placed Topstar (11-9) was rolled over by sixth ranked TSV Troester (11-6) 88-67 on Saturday. TSV Troester looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Forward Nikolas Reichmann stepped up and scored 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and guard Alexander Engel (191-93) chipped in 10 points and 7 assists. Five TSV Troester players scored in double figures. TSV Troester's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was American guard Charlie Brown (185, college: Minn.St.-Mankato, agency: One Motive Sports) with 23 points and 4 assists and point guard Lewis-Vincent Londene (182-97) scored 14 points. TSV Troester moved-up to fourth place in South-East. Loser Topstar dropped to the fifth position with nine games lost. TSV Troester will face Bayern 3 (#9) in Muenchen in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game.
