Bottom-ranked Lokomotiva (0-19) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 19th consecutive match to eighth ranked Orli (11-9) 118-63. Orli dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Lokomotiva's 36 and made 24-of-28 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Orli forced 33 Lokomotiva turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. Matous Pelikan (196-1) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 7 rebounds. Point guard Jakub Nosek (183-1) contributed with 17 points and 4 steals for the winners. Four Orli players scored in double figures. Forward Tadeas Cabala (195) replied with 6 points and 7 rebounds and guard Patrik Beranek (177-1) added 10 points in the effort for Lokomotiva. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Orli have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to sixth place. Lokomotiva at the other side still closes the standings. Orli's next round opponent will be higher ranked Nymburk (#5) at home and it may be quite challenging game. Lokomotiva will play against Kondori (#11) in Liberec and hopes to get finally their first victory.
