There was an upset when higher ranked Apollon P. (11-8) lost on the road to twelfth ranked Koroivos (7-13) 80-73 on Wednesday. Koroivos looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Giannis Athanasoulas (202-87) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 6 rebounds and 12 assists. Center Emmanouil Chatzidakis (205-0) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Four Koroivos players scored in double figures. Angelos Tsamis (192-81) replied with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists and swingman Giannis Molfetas (194-92) added 22 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Apollon P.Koroivos maintains twelfth position with 7-13 record, which they share with Napfliou. Loser Apollon P. dropped to the fifth place with eight games lost.
