Everything went according to plan in Riga where thirteenth ranked Estonian BC Star (7-8) outleveled 21th ranked Latvian Turiba RC (3-10) 77-57 on Saturday. BC Star forced 31 Turiba RC turnovers. Hendrik Koort (-4) fired 17 points, 6 assists and 6 steals for the winners. Ken Sildaru chipped in 18 points. Roberts Pavlovskis produced 14 points and forward Kristaps Duselis (190-4) added 11 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BC Star maintains thirteenth place with 7-8 record. Loser Turiba RC dropped to the nineteenth position with ten games lost. BC Star will face East Ball (#15) in Riga in the next round.
