It was an exceptional evening for American Jalen Jenkins (201-94, college: GMU) who led the winners and scored 20 points. The former international Wen-Boss Mukubu (198-83, college: UAB) accounted for 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. American forward Donovon Jack (206-93, college: Penn St.) came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and the other American import Hugh Robertson (195-89, college: S.Florida) added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Leuven Bears in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Limburg United maintains fourth place with 10-7 record. Loser Leuven Bears dropped to the seventh position with nine games lost. Limburg United will meet at home higher ranked Antwerp Giants (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Leuven Bears will play against Kangoeroes (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
