Another exciting game was again a derby match of two local teams from Nassau: Rockets (#1) and Regulators (#4). Rockets (14-1) won against visiting Regulators (6-9) 76-67. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Regulators. They outrebounded Regulators 58-32 including a 38-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for Devon Ferguson who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds. Dominique Beadle (193) helped adding 12 points and 9 rebounds. Rockets' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Chico Francis responded with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and Carlos Thompson scored 15 points and 5 steals. The victory was the eleventh consecutive win for Rockets. They maintain first place with 14-1 record. Loser Regulators keep the fourth position with nine games lost.
