Quarter-Finals Round 2: Los Leones - Quilicura 111-77

Los Leones dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Quilicura's 18. They outrebounded Quilicura 43-18 including a 33-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Los Leones players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was the former international Evandro Arteaga (178-83) who scored 33 points (!!!). The former international point guard Eduardo Marechal (186-85) chipped in 9 points, 14 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 blocks. Four Los Leones players scored in double figures. Los Leones' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American center Kieston Standfield (201, college: Middle Georgia) produced 18 points and 9 rebounds and forward Raimundo Cannobbio (-93) added 6 points and 4 assists respectively for the guests.
