The game had a very big importance for second-ranked ERA Nymburk as it allowed them to take a leadership position. ERA Nymburk smashed 5th ranked NH Ostrava at home 95-75. They outrebounded NH Ostrava 49-27 including a 37-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. ERA Nymburk looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was international forward Martin Kriz (200-93) who scored 19 points and 9 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). American guard Jerrick Harding (185-98, college: Weber St.) chipped in 25 points. American forward Zane Waterman (203-95, college: Manhattan) produced a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and Canadian guard Justus Alleyn (188-95, college: Manitoba) added 16 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. ERA Nymburk have a solid series of four victories in a row. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. NH Ostrava at the other side keeps the fifth place with three games lost. They share the position with BK Pardubice. NH Ostrava will play next round against BK Olomoucko trying to get back on the winning streak. ERA Nymburk will try to continue on its current victory against tenth ranked Kralovsti sokoli in Hradec Kralove.
