Very significant was Dorados' (#2) just 3-point road victory against 3rd placed Lenadores. They made 20-of-26 charity shots (76.9 percent) during the game. Argentinian Kevin Hernandez (205-91) nailed a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side and Argentinian point guard Juan Brussino (185-91) accounted for 12 points and 8 assists. American guard Michael Smith (193-95, college: CBU) came up with 23 points and the former international Gabriel Giron (192-88) added 12 points and 7 assists respectively for Lenadores in the defeat. Four Dorados and five Lenadores players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Dorados (7-3) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain second place behind leader Mineros. Lenadores lost third consecutive game. They keep the third position with four games lost.
