No shocking result in a game when Shimane Magic defeated on the road Shiga L-Stars 75-63 on Sunday. Shimane Magic dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Shiga L-Stars' 20. The best player for the winners was American Luke Evans (203-91, college: CBU) who scored 20 points and 9 rebounds. The other American import forward DeMon Brooks (202-92, college: Davidson) chipped in 10 points and 8 rebounds. Shimane Magic's coach Yukinori Suzuki used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American center Will Creekmore (205-89, college: Missouri St.) produced 18 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Shunto Murakami (183-96) added 16 points and 6 assists respectively for the hosts.
