Regular Season Round 3: Alvik Basket - Wetterbygden 87-101

No shocking result in a game when Wetterbygden (2-1) beat Alvik Basket (0-3) in Stockholm 101-87 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Wetterbygden. Alvik Basket managed to win fourth quarter 31-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Wetterbygden looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. It was an exceptional evening for guard Albin Hall-Eriksson (187-96) who led the winners and scored 20 points. Guard William Eriksson-Hansson (185-98) accounted for 12 points and 7 assists for the winning side. Wetterbygden's coach Gabriel Perez let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Oscar Jernberg (190-94) came up with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Wiggo Wiberg (200-0) added 21 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Alvik Basket in the defeat. Four Wetterbygden and five Alvik Basket players scored in double figures. Wetterbygden will meet at home Taby Basket (#9) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Alvik Basket will have a break next round.
