Chalon/Saor can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as they edged much higher ranked Entente Orleans 45 (1-2) 83-80. They outrebounded Entente Orleans 45 43-31 including 28 on the defensive glass. Entente Orleans 45 was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Israeli Rafi Menco (200-94) who helped to win the game recording 14 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. British forward Myles Hesson (198-90) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Chalon/Saor players scored in double figures. Chalon/Saor's coach Julien Espinosa allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game.
