A very close game took place in Beograd between Serbian Mega SoccerBet and Croatian Zadar. Mega SoccerBet got a very close home victory over Zadar. Mega SoccerBet managed to escape with a 3-point win 90-87 on Sunday evening. Host team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. Mega SoccerBet shot the lights out from three sinking 16 long-distance shots on high 51.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. The best player for the winners was Stefan Momirov (196-99, agency: BeoBasket) who scored 23 points and 5 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Filip Petrusev (211-0, college: Gonzaga, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 18 points. Four Mega SoccerBet players scored in double figures. Point guard Martin Junakovic (188-94, agency: PEPI SPORT) produced 22 points and 4 assists and guard Dominik Mavra (195-94) added 16 points and 5 assists respectively for the guests. Zadar's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Mega SoccerBet will meet Cibona in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
