Regular Season Round 1: Blois - Poitiers 93-72

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Poitiers on the court of ADA Blois. Visitors were rolled over by ADA Blois 93-72. ADA Blois outrebounded Poitiers 42-27 including a 27-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three nailing 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. ADA Blois players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Ivorian center Cedric Bah (198-94) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 9 rebounds. Center Mathis Dossou-Yovo (205-0) contributed with 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American-British center Laurence Ekperigin (200-88, college: LeMoyne) answered with 8 points and 10 rebounds and forward Kevin Mendy (200-92) added 11 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Poitiers. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. ADA Blois will play against Souffelweyersheim at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Poitiers will play against Provence Basket to get more than just one victory in their record.
